Sales Manager – Maidenhead– £60,000 to £80,000 + Bonus

 

If you are a passionate, tenacious and driven Sales Manager with experience of selling products to the UK military and commercial aerospace markets – and you want to take your career to the highest heights over the next 5 years, then we have an amazing opportunity for you!

 

Sales Manager – The Role:

 

  • Build and manage effective relationships: with equipment and airframe OEMs
  • Promote products: to end-users worldwide. Define & maintain effective routes to market
  • Support the sales team: by agreeing and managing targets and providing product sales product management support
  • Identify and manage new product development opportunities: through initial phases of the bid cycle
  • Work in a coordinated way: within the sales, engineering, and operations teams working towards team goals.
  • Support the Regional Sales Director: in building the 5-year plan

Software Developer – skills and experience you need to have:

 

  • Experience of selling products into the UK military and/or commercial aerospace markets
  • Experience as a Sales Manager
  • You need to be tenacious and have experienced selling in a faster turnaround sales cycle business (not just very long term MOD framework cycles)
  • The ability and desire to be develop into more senior roles and take our career to the highest heights!
